Q: What makes your candles unique?

Each candle is homemade and heavily crafted from story driven inspirations. With every product and purchase, I strongly believe that if you’re going to purchase anything and bring it into your homes; why not give 100% of myself? As a consumer, you’re rewarding me with the time and trust to deliver a product that is personal and important to you. Here, the products are developed to work with you and for you.

Q: What are your candles made from?

Eco-friendly soy wax, coconut wax, beeswax are used throughout the making of these products. There are no paraffin or harsh added chemicals used within these products. Every product that is used for making these products are catered to support eco-friendly practices. I also use a combination of high scented fragrance oils and essential oils. Ingredients used for the making of each candle/wax melt will be provided and described within the product information.

Q: How strong are the scents?

Our candles and melts cater for different needs. We understand that every individual has different tastes and comfort levels for how strong they’re wanting their environment to smell. We have different scents from super sweet to super light. It’s all created for your needs.

Scent Enhancer Vials

Q: What are the scent enhancer vials?

A: These 10ML glass vials are filled with blends of essential and fragrance oils to help enrich your spaces.

Q: How can I use them?

Our vials are versatile! Add drops to:

• Wax Warmers

• Reed Diffusers

• Aromatherapy diffusers

• Sachets or potpourri

• Diffuser jewelry

• Linen or room sprays (diluted)

• Car fresheners

Q: Are they refillable?

A: Yes! Clean the glass vial and reuse for your own blends or refills.

Wax Melts

Q: What are these wax melts made of?

A: Our melts are crafted from a natural blend of coconut wax, coconut oil, soy wax, and beeswax, combined with fragrance and essential oils.

Q: How do I use them?

A: Place 1-2 melts in a wax warmer. As they melt, they release a strong lasting fragrance within your space.

Q: How many are in each pack?

A: Each pack contains 8 individual melts, perfectly positioned for multiple uses.

Q: How long does each melt last?

A: Each piece typically lasts 6-10 hours, depending on the warmer type and room size.

Q: Are they eco-friendly?

Yes! Our formula is paraffin-free, phthalate-free, and cruelty-free, designed for a clean burn and a beautiful scent throw.

Digital Wall Arts

Q: What is a digital print?

A: A digital print it a high-quality art file you download instantly after purchase. Digital arts allows you to print at home, through a local print shop, or an online printing service.

Q: Will I receive a physical product?

A: No, these are digital only. No physical product will be shipped. This allows you to print in any size and material as you choose. It also allows you to receive your arts faster.

Q: How will I receive my files?

A: Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a link to download your files instantly. A copy will be sent to your email upon purchase.

Q: What sizes are included?

A: Each wall art comes in multiple sizes (ready to print).

Q: How do I print them?

A: You can print at home, through a local print shop, or use an online printing service.

Q: Can I reuse the files?

A: Yes! You can print them as many times as you like for personal use.

Q: When will clothing be available?

Our clothing line is coming soon! We’re taking the time to ensure every fabric and piece meets the quality and comfort for our community. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.

Q: What sizes will be available?

Our clothing sizes will focus on XS to 3XL. As a small business, we will be starting out with XS-XL. *Our 2XL and 3XL will be available for purchase shortly after the release of our XS-3XL. Please be patient as we are a small business and will do everything in our power to make sure that our products are delivered on time and efficiently.

Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing before package is released for shipping. Product shipping information and tracking will be available.

Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because our products are home made and designed for order, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with a picture and description and we will send you either a replacement candle along with a discount code for your next purchase or include an 8oz candle along with your replacement.

Q: Will I be able to track my orders?

Yes! All orders are able to be tracked. An email will be sent directly to you with tracking information. If you do not receive an email with tracking information, please email us and we will fix the errors.

Q: How can I contact you?

We are available via email or follow us on our social media pages. We take every message seriously and with full attention. Please allow 2-3 business days for a reply to any questions, comments, or concerns.

Q: Could I submit my own journal entry?

Of course! The journal page was created as a safe space for the community to discuss about their day or concerns. Every journal entry is used to center the business around collective collaboration and memories. You have the choice to have your journal entries publicly displayed on the website or to remain anonymous. The decision is yours but no matter what decision you make, your stories are listened to and internalized. With each journal entry, we send out free candles and personalized notes. It’s our way of connecting with you and showing our deep appreciation of your support.

Q: Will there be other product launches?

Yes! There are a number of products that we are excited to get to you guys! As a building community, we are excited to share the memories and create products with 100% care and love. *Some of the future product launches are not listed on this page due to personalized announcement objectives. We have a lot in store for you! :)
